Michele Chronister, DNP
Dr. Michele Chronister brings an incredible depth of experience and a true passion for helping individuals achieve their best physical and mental health.With a career in healthcare spanning over 30 years, she began her journey in cardiology before dedicating the last two decades to caring for women and infants. For 11 years, she has served as a board-certified family practice nurse practitioner, a role in which she has provided comprehensive care to countless individuals. Her commitment to lifelong learning is demonstrated by her earning a Doctorate in 2020. In addition to her clinical practice, she is an Assistant Professor in the Wehrheim School of Nursing at Millersville University, where she helps shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Christiyana Bender, RN
Christiyana is a Nurse Injector here at FF. She studied at St Josephs and received her Bachelors in Nursing knowing she wanted to one day enter into the aesthetics side. Being a Nurse Injector is a dream come true for Christiyana and we are so excited to have her here at FF. Her favorite treatment is BOTOX. One of her dreams is to travel to Italy and the Philippines to explore the roots of her family heritage. She loves spending time with family and friends, and absolutely loves a good cup of coffee.

Welcome to Face Forward Skin Care Center, We are so glad you’re here! Face Forward is Morgan's latest endeavor to bring medical aesthetics to Lancaster.
A little background on Morgan, she has been a Registered Aesthetic Nurse and Medical Aesthetician and for the past 13 years, her passion has been helping others to achieve their skin care goals and to put forward their most confident and beautiful face.
In having over a decade of experience she makes sure that her patients receive the highest level of care while providing only the very best services available.
From expression lines and wrinkles, to acne and age-spots, you can be confident that Face Forward Skin Care Center will deliver results for all of your skin care needs.

Faith Rohrer
Faith has a passion for all things skincare. She is one of our aestheticians here at FF. After graduating from aesthetic school she shadowed under Morgan and Lindsey and served as an assistant to each of them. She seriously loves talking about skincare and is eager to help clients remedy their skin and feel good about themselves. Ask her about your routine! Jeannette Feliciano
Jeannette is one of the gorgeous faces that will greet you up front. She will get you squared away and have you feeling comfortable for your treatment at FF! She loves makeup and beauty and that evolved into a passion for skincare in general. She LOVES ZO. Her favorite product is the complexion renewal pads. Her bucket list trip is Hawaii and her hobbies include working out and visiting wineries! It's all about balance!
Emily Murphy
You can find Emily at FF assisting providers or helping out at the front desk. Emily has been at FF for a few months now and we absolutely love having her with us! Her favorite treatment is micro-needling and her fav product is ZO Growth Factor Serum. A fun fact about her, she loves crafting, give this cutie a tumbler or a wine glass and she'll have it covered in glitter and decals before you know it! If you haven't met Emily say hello next time you are in!
Evelyn Perez
Evelyn will help you get settled in at FF. She is one of our smiling faces up front! Evelyn has spent 10 years working in the medical field. Her passion for skincare led her to Face Forward. Her favorite service is anything surrounding brows and brow shaping. Evelyn loves music, whether that's listening to music, dancing to music or playing percussion instruments she's happy when the music is playing!
Jessica Sechrist
You may meet Jessica when you book an appointment with Morgan. She will greet you with a smile and have you in the chair and ready for your treatment! Her favorite product is the exfoliating polish, "it makes my skin feel tight and gives it that fresh feeling". Her bucket list item is to visit the Australian Zoo and her hobbies include kayaking, camping and anything outdoors with her kids.
Erynnette Feliciano
Erynnette is the Office Manager here at Face Forward. After taking some time at home with her baby girl and boy she decided she wanted to re-enter the workforce and tied her work history and love for the beauty industry together. She keeps us straight here and we are thankful to have her! She considers herself a walking testimonial for ZO skincare. A bucket list item for her is to be a published author. She has a dream of writing a childrens book that her kids can read to their kids. She says " I love my kids more than I can express in this lifetime, I like the idea of leaving something for them to carry on."
Celeste Miller
Have you met Celeste? She's been at
Face Forward for a while now assisting Lindsey. She's an absolutely amazing addition to the FF family and we love having her in office. Her favorite ZO product is exfoliating cleanser and her favorite treatment is BOTOX. When she's not working she enjoys baking and cooking. Her dream is to be able to make pasta in Italy someday!
Emily Waltz
Our gorgeous Emily will likely greet you for your appointment and make sure you're ready to go! She is an amazing assistant that worked in the medical industry for years before arriving in the medical aesthetics world. Her favorite treatment is filler, especially lips! Her bucket list item is to see the wild horses in Montana. Guilty pleasure=Diet Coke. When she's not in office or sipping on her Diet Coke you can find her reading or spending time with her animals!
